When God redeems, He not only redeems from something, He always redeems to something. Not only will He deliver His people out of bondage, out of the enslaving “hand of the Egyptians,” He will bring them to “a land flowing with milk and honey.” The two people God used to redeem His people Israel were Moses and Joshua.
